Sycend tell me to show some of my progress about the Garrus Vakarian armor made from metal.
I start make it from 3D modeling. Make all details for metal work and then, unfold them with the Pepakura Designer. Print them and cut them out before draw them again on metal sheets. I use rivets to put them together. I use oil paint for painting and some manual mix for blue color and graphite color.
For the mask. I use my 3D printer to make it and paint with oil-paint.

The armor looks great, but I think it would be a good idea to coat the mask with liquid latex or liquid rubber like PlastiDip to achieve a finish and texture more similar to alien skin.

Loving the armor! How long did it take you to fit and assemble it?
Nice job on the mask, too but as Mirsh said: a little more texture and “weathering” on the face would go a long way. Surely one of the best Garrus costumes I’ve ever seen. Keep it up!
This one take about 30 days to make them. For the mask textures, I will try to do it more.
